International Commerce Center

The International Commerce Center has established itself as an important industrial destination in Brunswick County. International Commerce Center 1 is now fully occupied, demonstrating the demand for modern industrial space in the county. Work is currently underway on the proposed International Commerce Center 2, which would add approximately 264,000 square feet of Class A industrial space, with the ability to expand to approximately 440,400 square feet.

The first Cedar Hill Road Spec Building offers 204,120 square feet of industrial space, with 30-foot clear heights, 14 loading docks, two drive-in doors, and expandable, multi-tenant capabilities.

Leland Innovation Park
